ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW
YOUR REGISTRATION
The non-refundable Vendor Registration Fee is $30.
You may register for additional adjoining spaces ($30 per space).
BOOTH SPACE
You are renting a 10’ by 10’ location only. You are responsible for supplying your own tent, tables, chairs, drop cords and any other equipment or signage you may need. No generators allowed for non-food vendors.
All activities related to your booth must remain within this 10’ by 10’ space. Festival Staff have the authority to move items if outside of the designated 10’ by 10’ space.
All events held at Patriots Park must comply with the following. Failure to comply with these guidelines could result in vendor/contractor being barred from event. Vendor/contractor will be responsible for all damages resulted by careless actions and will pay for damages incurred.

All attractions must be properly anchored and secured to supply with all city and state guidelines/regulations

No stakes are allowed to secure tents - sand bags or water bags must be used

ELECTRICAL NEEDS
Please note on the application if you require an electrical source for your booth. Limited power drops (110 only) are available on request for an additional $100.00 per space. Call to check availability.
You must submit a complete list of electrical units to be used.If you fail to mark your electrical needs you may be placed where an electrical hook-up is unavailable.
You are responsible for your own extension cords (we recommend 100’). If your cord is exposed to foot traffic you must provide a mat or duct tape to cover the cord.
INSPECTIONS
FIRE MARSHALL: Inspection on space, fire lanes, equipment, walkways, and tents will be performed.
HEALTH DEPARTMENT: Food inspection for all food sold (whether cooked on or off festival site) will be performed. This includes professional food & non-profit vendors. All non-profits must have their non-profit status letter posted.

CHECK-IN & PARKING
Check-in will be at the information booth. No parking allowed on-site for vehicles/trailers. Parking area for support vehicles will be on Oak Street at the Parkdale Mill parking lot.
INCLIMATE WEATHER POLICY
Outdoor events may be cancelled should inclimate weather occur. City staff will make every effort to cancel the event in a timely manner and will contact vendors and other participants as quickly as possible.
